Nutrition

We are what we eat. No truer words ever. How you eat -- and when you eat -- are also important, and we will work with you to understand your current eating habits. We will then suggest improvements you can make to align with your goals.  You will learn the benefits of eating real food and how to break away from ultra-processed foods (often times the quicker, easier but also unhealthier option). 

Physical Fitness

Our bodies are remarkable. Treat your body right and it will serve you well. Physical fitness does not have to entail going to the gym, running endless miles or suffering another HIIT class.  As with nutrition, your goals can be met in a variety of ways. Exercise should always be enjoyable and fit into your personal lifestyle.  We will together find a regimen that works for you.

While healthy food and exercise are fuel for the body, emotional nourishment is equally essential to your wellbeing as it feeds your mind. Our coaching helps you explore those areas in your life that bring you inner peace and joy and help you feel like your authentic self.  Learning to recognise real and self-imposed barriers will help you on your path to a more balanced and healthy you.
